Our client is a fast-growing SaaS analytics company focused on contact centers. They help organizations using leading cloud contact center platforms transform raw interaction data into clear, actionable insight so operations teams can make better decisions faster.

The company sells directly to platform customers and partners with platform sales teams to bring advanced analytics into complex, real-world contact center environments. With over 4,000 customers and a tight-knit 20-person team, this is an environment where your contributions are visible and impactful.

The Role

We are hiring an Account Executive to sell analytics services into a major cloud contact center ecosystem. This role is designed for someone early in their sales career or transitioning into sales who brings exceptional energy, discipline, and a work ethic.

You will own the full sales cycle, including coaching and support, while operating in both direct and partner-assisted sales motions. This is not a passive or inbound-only sales position.

This role is well-suited for candidates who have demonstrated the ability to perform consistently in high-effort, people-facing roles and are ready to apply that intensity to SaaS sales.

  • Have experience in roles that required preparation, repetition, and sustained energy (teaching, coaching, training, or similar roles are a strong fit)

  • Take pride in preparation, follow-through, and organization

Prior experience selling SaaS, contact center solutions, or specific platforms is not required. 

What You Will Do? 

  • Execute outbound prospecting into companies using the cloud contact center platform

  • Learn and run discovery calls and demos with structured coaching

  • Follow a defined sales process and actively manage your pipeline

  • Engage with platform sales representatives to support co-selling opportunities

  • Maintain high daily activity across outreach, follow-up, and deal progression

  • Participate in regular coaching, feedback, and skill development sessions

Tools: HubSpot for CRM and pipeline management, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, partner ecosystem, events, and co-selling programs

Compensation & Structure

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): approximately $140K–$170K

  • Annual quota: approximately $500K–$650K

  • Uncapped commissions with accelerators

  • Remote role with up to ~20% travel for customer meetings, industry events, and team offsites

  • Advancement and increased responsibility are performance-based and depend on consistent execution and results.
